American Circular, Inc. (“American Circular,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. Service and transactional data. When you use our ITAD or recycling services, we collect information about the equipment you submit (asset tags, serial numbers, model and condition data, weights, photos), pickup and delivery details, and certificates we issue (e.g., Certificates of Destruction).

Automatically collected data. We collect log data, device and browser information, IP address, approximate location, referring URLs, and interactions with the Services using cookies and similar technologies.

Information from third parties. We may receive information from analytics providers, marketing partners, and identity providers used to authenticate portal access.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Services and respond to your inquiries;
  • Issue invoices, certificates, and compliance documentation;

  • With downstream R2v3-certified processors and refurbishers as part of equipment disposition;

  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of American Circular, our customers, or the public;
  • In connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to confidentiality obligations.

American Circular is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate.
